Baking Schedule week of 9/20-9/27

 Gentle reminder: I base my bread bakes off of preorders. If minimal preorders are received there will not be many extras for sale. Bread days are Wed and Friday with preorders due by 8am the day before. To order simply message us here or on instagram or text/call at 419-509-4300. Easy peasy. No apps or special websites to hunt down.

Fall Bread Flavors: (in addition to reg sourdough)

Seeded Sourdough (little rye, pumpkin, flax, sesame, sunflower seeds)

Pumpkin Sourdough (it’s orange our sourdough with added pumpkin NOT PUMPKIN SPICE)

Roasted Garlic and Rosemary

Olive Sourdough( mix of olives, lemon thyme and lemon zest)

Sandwich sourdough (added olive oil and sugar to keep soft like normal bread)

Sunday: HILLTOP TRUCK PARK FARMERS MARKET 10-2 we will have all things stop by for your weekly breads and pastries

Monday: closed

Tuesday: Wednesday Bread orders due 8am BREAD DROP AT HILLTOP GENERAL STORE

Wednesday: Bread Day pickup in Harvest

Thursday: Friday bread orders due 8 am

FRiday: Bread day

Saturday: Closed for market prep
