Baking Schedule for Jan 13-27

Hey y’all sorry for the delay in posting I had my nose stuck in a book all day yesterday. This week is a little different I will have bread available Tuesday-Friday. Preorder early to guarantee a loaf. Thursday I have a large special order so I am making that day croissant day. Preorders due by Wednesday morning first thing. If you have your heart set on a specific flavor make sure you order early. The following week I will only have bread available on Monday and then will be closed for the remainder of the of the week. January is my slowest month so I am taking some time off before the craziness of market season begins in March. The next bread day will be Tuesday Jan 27. Stay warm today, it’s chilly out.
