Baking Schedule for the next two weeks 2/17-2/28

Happy Saturday! I hope you all were able to enjoy the beautiful weather early today before that temp drop hit. It sure was pretty for half a minute. Stay tuned late morning Sunday for a few extras from a special order.

Baking Schedule for Weeks of February 17th and the 24th

MONDAY: Closed for prep

TUESDAY: I will have some sourdough available, preorder by 7am Monday to guarantee your loaf or if you would like sandwich bread or other yeasted breads

WEDNESDAY: I will again have some breads available preorder by 7am Tuesday to guarantee loaf or specific flavor

THURSDAY: Friday Croissant Orders Due by 8am

Cinn Bun $2.50ea

Plain $4ea

Almond, nutella, thyme $4.25ea

Chocolate $4.50ea

Danish: Cherry or Apricot $5ea

FRIDAY: CROISSANT DAY Pickup available as early as 7am. I will have a few extra loaves of bread, preorder by 7am Thursday to guarantee a loaf or If you want a specific flavor.

SATURDAY-MONDAY I WILL BE CLOSED, I have family coming into town and will be unavailable for special orders.

Upcoming: March 8th the first Harvest Market of 2025, Mark your calendars! I can't wait for market season to begin!!

Since January is typically slow we will be closed next week to take some time with family. We are accepting bread orders for Jan 28th. Preorder your loaf by Tuesday the 27th at 7am.
