Baking schedule for week of December 11th

Happy Sunday Here Is the plan for this week. I am sorry for the delay. I will have Christmas Macarons this week on Tuesday. I will have Sourdough only on Tuesday Friday and Saturday this week. Wednesday I am for real closed. (not I'm closed but still have a few things, actually closed and I will not be home Wednesday to bake or prepare dough.) I highly recommend preordering for those 3 days so you are guaranteed a loaf. Croissant day is back on Friday this week with preorders due Thursday by 10am. Saturday evening I will be attending the Holidays at Hilltop Truck Park from 4-8. Stop by and grab some macarons and other holiday treats. I hope to see you there. Have a great week!
