Baking Schedule Week of 11/11

Happy Saturday! Thanks again to everyone who made it out to Harvest Market Day today. I so appreciate y'all coming out and spending your morning with us! We have a normal bake week this week no markets so ordering is by preorder. I will be baking bread Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. So get your preorders in early to guarantee a loaf. Friday is croissant day with orders due at the LATEST of Thursday at 8am.

    Thanksgiving is fast approaching, menu for Thanksgiving is below. Sourdough is almost sold out but I still have room for Croissant and focaccia orders. Don't wait too long, orders will close when I hit capacity. Ordering is easy, just send me a note and I will get you on the schedule.

    Next Market is December 7th for Lance Thompson's Holly Jolly market. See my popup event for more details and then we will return to Pecan Square for the joint Holiday market on December 14th.

Since January is typically slow we will be closed next week to take some time with family. We are accepting bread orders for Jan 28th. Preorder your loaf by Tuesday the 27th at 7am.
