Baking Schedule week of February 26th

Happy Friday, I have few calendar items of note. March 9th is the first Spring Harvest Market Day. I will be set up on the event lawn down by the Lake and across from the Yellow Farmhouse. I will have all the usual breads, croissants, macarons etc...See the event pinned to the top of the page for more details. Next week Friday will be the last croissants until the Market on the 9th. I will be mostly closed the week of 4th to prepare (excepting standing bread orders).

The end of March and through the first week of April (March 29th-April 8th) I will be closed for Easter/Spring Break. This is a hard closed, not Hey Im bored I'll maybe bake something closed like I usually do.I will be for real closed. I will not be accepting any orders, taking calls etc. I will contact those with standing bread orders to make arrangements to move up or push back orders until I reopen. The week following I will then be prepping for the Second Harvest Market Day on April 13th. Now I may be posting some foodie related content during this time. I hope you follow along with me. That's all I am saying for now about that.

NOW FOR WHY YOU ARE REALLY READING THIS: Next week's baking schedule. Bagels are back on Monday, with orders due 7pm Sunday and Croissants on Friday with orders due Thursday 10am. Wednesday there will be NO bread orders, I have some appts and won't be Able to bake that day. As always, preordering is highly recommended so you don't miss out on your favorites.

Thank you all for continuing to support my little home bakery. I know you have choices in your pastries and I appreciate that you choose to continue to shop small and local. I also so appreciate and look forward to our doorway chats. As you can imagine I am baking most days and mostly having employee meetings with myself (haha) so it's nice to say hi to an actual person occasionally. If I am talking your ear off please let me know, ha!

So that's it! Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy our beautiful weather. Don't forget to send in your preorders!
