And we are back....

And we are back! Well starting Tuesday .

I will be accepting preorders for Tuesday until 8am Monday. Dm to order. (preordering early really helps me know how much to prepare)

If you would like to preorder for Wednesday, preorder by 8am Tuesday.

Friday I will have bread by preorder only, with those orders due by 8m Thursday.

Sunday August 17th, we return to Hilltop Truck Park with a large selection of breads, croissants, macarons, jams and more. I hope you will come find our booth. Look for the pink popup.

Starting Next week, August 27th I will have breads available on Wednesday and Fridays only. This will allow to me to take an actual day off on Monday (no prep, no making dough etc... my sanity and health needs this) I will still be available for special orders but I will be settling into a fairly routine schedule of bread 2 days a week and all the things at the market on the weekends either at Hilltop or at Harvest Market Day (which starts in Sept). I will be taking a small break from Croissant Days on Fridays and instead focus on the Sunday markets which have been very successful for me. I will still offer up extras when I have special orders so keep an eye out for those posts
