Baking Schedule Week of April 29th

Happy Saturday! Here is the plan for next week. I will be closed Monday as I have some appointments. Tuesday I will have some extras first thing in the morning from an order. I will also have breads available. Preorder for breads is highly recommended so I have an idea of how much to make. Wednesday I will have Macarons to celebrate the start of May! (I haven't decided on flavors yet. Any suggestions?) Friday will be a normal croissant day PREORDERS DUE BY 10AM THURSDAY. Saturday is Harvest Garage Sale, I will have a table out with all the jams and Jellies and maybe breads I haven't decided yet. Feel free to stop on by. Sunday I will NOT be at Hilltop. I won't have help this week to prepare. The Next Farmer's Market will be at Harvest Market Day on the 11th.

    MOTHER'S DAY PLANS. Harvest Market Day is the day before and I have a huge order on that Friday as well. I have decided to stick with doing the market vs special orders for Sunday's Holiday. I will have a few packs of a dozen macarons available as well as 4 packs for the market.(if you are interested in a doz, please message me so I can plan to make enough) Stop by Sat May 11th at the event lawn to pickup croissants and breads to make an amazing breakfast for your mamas on Sunday.
