Baking Schedule Week of Jan 5th 2026

And we are back......well next week anyways!


Happy New Year!! I hope everyone has had an amazing holiday season. Mr. Taste of Paris and I enjoyed a lovely vacation to New York and then came home and I promptly got sick as soon as we got off the plane. Today has been the first day I have felt mostly normal since prior to Christmas so I am trying to play some catch up here.


    January is typically the slowest month for the bakery so I am going to ease our way back into a normal schedule. As of now I am planning on two bread days next week. Do we want a croissant day? it would need to be preorder based and if I don't receive any orders by Wednesday at 6pm then we would cancel it? Let me know what you think. I do have a trip planned later in the month and a week in Feb so keep an eye on the baking schedules for any changes.


Monday: closed for prep


Tuesday: bread Day Sourdough and Brioche Cinnamon Rolls (4pk $15 doz $30) orders due by Monday at 8am


Thursday: Friday Bread orders due 8am


Friday: Bread Day and maybe Croissants?

Baking Schedule for Next three weeks Remainder of this week we will be closed. January is our slowest month so I am taking some time before Market Season kicks in. January 20-25 Closed Tuesday Jan 27t

 
 
 
Closed for a winter break Jan 20-25

Since January is typically slow we will be closed next week to take some time with family. We are accepting bread orders for Jan 28th. Preorder your loaf by Tuesday the 27th at 7am.
