Celebrating 5 years

I just now realized that Thursday is an important day here at A Taste of Paris in Harvest. 5 years ago my little bakery started as a side hustle while I was still working as a Pastry instructor at Sur La Table. I started quite small baking breads and some macarons and a few croissants. My friend and neighbor Lisa helped me with the name and the rest is history. Once the pandemic hit I started baking full time here from home and expanded my offerings. In the fall of 2020 I had the opportunity to return to my "real" job but I took the leap and turned my hobby job into my full time gig. We have come a long way from my first little Harvest Market table where I sold one plate of macarons and maybe 2 dozen croissants. Thanks to all of my customers, neighbors, friends and family I am still here, 5 years later baking away. I began this year not knowing what it would bring with higher inflation, costs and people cutting back but surprisingly this year my business has grown exponentially well beyond on my expectations. I can't wait to see what year #5 brings and look forward to bringing you the quality artisan breads and pastries you have come to expect in the new year. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for your continued support for shopping small and local and continuing to eat all the carbs and gluten!
