Christmas Week

Happy Sunday! Here is the tentative plan for this week. XMAS CROISSANT ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED. Any extras will be posted at 7am. There will be some I have no idea what or how many. I will have sourdough available Tuesday-Saturday. I may have some on the 24th if you are interested in that please preorder. I will only be able to bake so much on that day. I will have various treats available throughout the week as time allows. Please watch for various posts. Once they are gone, they are gone. I will have Friday Croissants this week. Preorders due on Thursday by 10am. The week following Christmas, Will you all want Friday croissants? Please let me know. Moving forward into January I will be taking some time off. January is typically SLOW. Instead of driving myself crazy trying to figure out what to bake I am going to take some time off after this busy month. I will be available for standing bread orders and special orders but I will not be having regular croissant days. If you would like sourdough it will need to be preordered in advance. I hope you understand and I will see you all closer to February. Have a great week. Get those preorders in.
