It's officially Market Season, Next market is March 30th at Hilltop Truck Park

We made it to Spring! I will have a few loaves available Wednesday 3/19 and Friday 3/21 this week. There will be no Croissant Day this week as I have a private class on Friday. Next Week I will have breads available Tues, Wed and Friday. The remainder of the week will be spent preparing for the Farmer's Market at Hilltop Truck Park here in Northlake. Since January is typically slow we will be closed next week to take some time with family. We are accepting bread orders for Jan 28th. Preorder your loaf by Tuesday the 27th at 7am.
