Reopening January 13, 2025 and year end review

Happy 2025! I can't believe the holidays are over I've been looking over last year's numbers and I thought I'd share with you some highlights!
Last year I sold:
over 1600 loaves of various breads the majority of which was sourdough.
Choc Croissants 723
Butter Croissants 542
Cinn Morning Buns 468
Almond Croissants 378
Nutella 270
Jams/jellies over 1000 jars
I also show that I taught over 40 classes last year.
Now farmers market numbers are not included as that is normally put in as a bulk number so I know some of those are a little low but overall It was an AMAZING 2024. I am so thankful for all of my customers who continue to purchase from small bakeries like mine! I am so grateful for all of you.
Looking forward into 2025, I will be making some tweaks to the menu offerings, removing things that no one orders and also making some small price adjustments to the menu. I will post the new updated menu by Feb. 1st.
Now is everyone still dieting or are we ready for Carbs again? Next week I will have bread available on Tuesday Jan 14th and Wednesday Jan 15th. Please try to preorder by Monday.
Friday will be a normal croissant day with orders due by 8am Thursday.

Editing to add: I am trying a new POS system, in order to use it, I need either a phone number or email to create an invoice.Please provide one or the other when placing an order. I promise no spam just trying to use an easier system that works with quickbooks.
