Week of October29th

Alright y’all I guess it wouldn’t be fall at A Taste of Paris if my oven doesn’t go wonky. Last night my convection fan quick working. I do have a repairman scheduled for next week however I don’t know how long it will be for parts etc. So I am going to give the oven a break from heavy baking at high temps til he gets here. I do have several large macaron orders I have to work on that I CAN fulfill (don’t worry I don’t use convection for those). Keep an eye out for extra macarons and maybe some cookies. Now what does this mean for market day? I am not sure at this point. At worst I will be there with jams and jellies. I am hopeful that it will be a quick fix and I’ll be back to full baking super quick. Y’all keep your fingers crossed. I will keep y’all updated. Someday I hopefully won’t have oven issues 🙄
